“I thrive when coaching innovative leaders to find new ways to approach their seemingly impossible challenges.”
A Coach for 10 years in technology, media and entertainment, my earlier career is in video games, product, communications, marketing and executive search.
My focus now is supporting organizations to identify their human capital and evolve their leadership development. On this topic, I published my first book in 2019 "Elephants Before Unicorns: Emotionally Intelligent Strategies To Save Your Company" (Entrepreneur Press). I also host a podcast "Get Stoked: Lead Forward" which introduces thoughtful solutions to major leadership challenges and am busy writing my second book.
As a marketeer, I was part of the launch team for Playstation in Europe, and then launched 38 titles on the Playstation platform across Europe, UAE and Australia. I have worked at games studios, and lead communications agencies serving the games industry (console and mobile).
I am a certified emotional intelligence practitioner, International Coach Federation accredited (PCC) and, in 2019, the recipient of Marshall Goldsmith’s Thinkers 50 Leading Global Coach award.
"I believe and advocate for entire leadership teams collaborating and innovating to drive individual and organizational growth, engagement and impact.”

“She was pivotal in helping me gain clarity on what was and was not working for me as a founder/executive. She can crisply assess an individual’s strengths/weaknesses and provide feedback on where to focus your energy. I think of her as the ‘AI mirror’ for professional development guiding you to your North Star”
AI + Thiel funded start-up pioneer
