I specialize in working in dynamic, ever-evolving environments to catalyze the organizational transformation and systemic change that truly enables courageous leaders and their teams to thrive. Instead of “move fast and break things”, I want to help you “learn fast and make progress wisely”.

At the heart of my approach is my belief that to lead is inherently human, and that business is made by humans for all humans. What we become, what we accomplish, and what we create for future generations depends upon those courageous enough to lead, those who speak bravely, think and act boldly and take a stand. 

My coaching practice is grounded in extensive international experience of leading complex change in broadcasting, media, and technology. In the UK, I directed a $1.5 billion digital TV switchover program and served as a general manager for the primary free-to-air TV platform. I consulted on a $1.75 billion technology change initiative with Deloitte in the US, and have overseen the production and commercial management of interactive TV and games for global clients.

I’m committed to continually deepening my expertise to help clients stay future-focused. I’ve recently earned an executive education certificate in 21st century leadership — my second qualification from the Harvard Kennedy School. I’ve studied business strategy and execution at the London Business School, and hold multiple coaching certifications. I have a BSc in Management Studies from the University of London.
