“Coaching evolves in response to the business world it serves. As companies and industries face disruption and/or create disruption, leaders face unprecedented operational and strategic questions, problems and opportunities. Today, coaching must be a safe haven where leaders can navigate the tough new questions and problems, innovatively generate new ideas and opportunities, move through emergent and exponential change, and learn to be in an environment that is volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous.
At the foundation of coaching is the desire and human need to be in the world as yourself, to begin to and continuously explore what being in the world as yourself means to you. It requires a decision to be intentional about who you are as a leader and manager by getting clear on and exploring your strengths, values and purpose. Coaching is about being able to look at the world and all elements of your life, then lead from a place of who you are - to be in the world as yourself.

Coaching is a space to be truly strategic in your thinking and actions - both as a leader and for your business. To work with a coach is the decision to level up as a key strategic player at your company by creating and developing, planning and executing strategy for you, your team and the business. Coaching is about continuously questioning and validating existing strategies, proactively and innovatively generating new ideas and opportunities, and always increasing value. Coaching is about strategic planning, roadmaps, and creating shared context and understanding of your strategy - team and organization wide. Planning and communicating for results and success is critical. Strategy execution is a loop that requires constant adaptation, so much can get lost in the gap that appears between strategy & execution - coaching can close that gap.
